Daniel Powell, CPA, ABV, CGMA - Accredited in Business Valuation

Dan is a graduate of West Virginia University (1982, B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting emphasis). Dan earned his CPA in February 1985. He began his career with the firm in October 1985, and was admitted as a shareholder in 1997. Dan earned his Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) from the AICPA in 2013. Dan serves mostly the business clients of the firm, focusing on benchmarking and profitability. Dan has assisted clients from startup to succession to the next owners.

Dan lives in Morgantown with his wife of 35 years, the former Mary Sereno. Dan has two children and has five grandchildren.
